At Inner Sense, your ease is of utmost importance. We thus offer a liberal returns policy.

*Free shipping on all Pre-Paid orders & Rs.99/- shipping charges on COD orders below 1099/- of Inner Sense. 

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES policy:

Bras/ Sleep-wear:

  • Returns or exchanges of bras & sleepwear are acceptable if you place a request within 7 days of order delivery.

Panties:

  • We do NOT accept return/exchange request for panties due to hygiene reason. 
  • However, refund/replacement can be considered if the quality of the product delivered is defective. 

Defects:

  • In case of a damaged or defective product, you need to report this to our customer care team within 24 hours of product delivery.  Your request will be entertained once our QC team approves and determines the same.

How to place a return/exchange request:

  • Once you submit the requested details, we will promptly accept it & e-mail you the pick-up details.

Returns Process:

  • We will schedule a pick-up by our logistics partner if your pin-code is serviceable. We service approximately 19,000 pin codes.
  • Please make sure the item is in its original condition with price tags intact & original box/packaging. The product must be unused & undamaged. 
  • You will need to keep the package sealed & ready. You have to paste the below-mentioned address on the package:

  • Please prepare a declaration paper & mention, "These products hold no commercial value & are for personal use." since this is not a sale-purchase transaction. 

REFUNDS policy:

  • Refunds are carried out once we receive the products back in our warehouse & they pass our QC.
  • We can offer you credits in your Inner Sense account for the amount of product returned.
  • In case of a cash refund for a prepaid order, it will be reverted in the same payment method as originally used while making the purchase.
  • For cash on delivery, we will share a RazorpayX link in which you will need to enter your bank account details to get a refund.
  • In case you applied a coupon code in your order which was applicable on a minimum cart value & you choose to return part of the order, the discount code will not be applicable on that order. 
  • Shipping and/or COD charges will not be refunded if applied in the invoice.
